First, if you have a need to consider refunds and returns, you likely ordered a product from us, which means we owe you a “thank you!” nothing makes us happier than a legion of happy customers, and as such we promise to do our very best to deliver an amazing product and customer experience, rest assured, to make right any hiccups along the way. That said, here are some things you might want to know about refunds and returns.

Consumers, i.e. any individual acting for purposes which are wholly or mainly outside those individual’s trade, business, craft or profession, are entitled to cancel any contract on the following conditions:
You have the right to cancel this contract within 12 hours without giving any reason. The cancellation period will expire after 24 hours from the day of order placed. To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us , Please email us ( choose general query option) or fill the cancellation form in return center of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired. The period expires after 24 hours because we need to start preparing your order, which takes lot of processing from building, finishing to quality check.

Can i cancel after 24 hours?

Yes if your order hasn’t been forwarded to team for processing. Once Processed we can’t cancel your order.

Each and every furniture piece is handcrafted to the specific size and finishes you have selected so whether or not an order can be cancelled or changed depends on how far it has progressed in production. Once your order has been confirmed and proceeded to production, any request for changes must be sent in writing. We will do our best to assist to help but cannot guarantee that changes can be made.

Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us) without undue delay and not later than 24hours after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract. We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

Return Policy
Once Goods are dispatched, No returns will accepted unless the goods are damaged in transit and we have a legal proof from delivery partner about the cause of damage.

Giftcards once used cannot be returned. refer to giftcard terms and conditions below

We would request you to choose correct product at time or placing order because no return will be accepted once the goods are dispatched.

Return Due to change of mind?

We are regret to inform that currently return due to change of mind is possible. Know why? Because all products articles are handmade , ( some processed in machines) which incurred manufacturing cost, labor cost and material cost. except some home decor and gift articles. We will not accept returns due to change of mind as long as a request to return is received by us within 24 hours of order confirmation email received .

(Beta) Gift Articles and small sized home decor articles:

Return shipping will be paid at the customers expense and will be required to arrange their own shipping. Once returns are received and accepted, refunds will be processed to store credit for a future purchase. We will notify you once this has been completed through email.
We will refund the value of the goods returned but will NOT refund the value of any shipping paid.

Damaged Items
On the rare occasion that your item is delivered damaged or is faulty, please get in touch with us via our Contact Us page , Monday to Friday 9am – 5pm. Our customer care team will be happy to help you.

Upon delivery, please inspect your item to ensure it has not been damaged in transit. In the rare instance that this is the case, please do not accept the delivery and the item will be returned to supplier. Giftcards return and refund policy
This voucher is valid until twelve months from the date of issuance, and can be redeemed at artofleslie.com only.

This voucher is non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.

This voucher is not valid during sale or in conjunction with any special promotion.

Strictly no extension of the expiry date from the date of issue will be allowed.

The management retains the right to reject any voucher that has been tampered with or found in any way unacceptable.

We are not responsible if a Gift Voucher is lost, stolen, damaged or destroyed and no replacement will be provided in these circumstances.
