HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
You have the right to cancel this contract/ order within 12 hours without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 24 hours from the day of order placed.
Hence after 12 hours we cannot accept return. Rest assured your product will arrive in safe condition. 


HOW DO I CANCEL THE ORDER BEFORE 12 HOURS?

CAN I CANCEL ORDER AFTER 12 HOURS?
Yes if your order hasn’t been forwarded to team for processing. Once Processed we can’t cancel your order.

Each and every furniture piece is handcrafted to the specific size and finishes you have selected so whether or not an order can be cancelled or changed depends on how far it has progressed in production. Once your order has been confirmed and proceeded to production, any request for changes must be sent in writing. We will do our best to assist to help but cannot guarantee that changes can be made.
